To the next generation of designers and entreprenuers with startups
Being an apprentice is one of the most directional experiences I've had in my own early career. This is my highest motivator for being a mentor myself plus the fact that I simply enjoy being helpful and discussing design in order to better ideas and concepts.
Mentorships have been a natural part of my daily work, mentoring junior designers and interns (BA/MA). I've reviewed portfolios at University of Anchorage Alaska and I've been a part of creating portfolio review events at a university level.
Mentorships are offered in Danish and English.
Individual mentorship for designers preparing to apply for design schools (BA/MA), internships or getting ready for a job interview. I provide concrete advice on your portfolio and how to improve your design cases with the goal of featuring easy to understand concepts through clear storytelling, dynamic compositions and executed visuals. I recommend we meet twice as a minimum.
Individual career guidance for designers. I provide concrete advice on your specific situation, skillset and encourage you to reach your goals and dreams. Portfolio reviews, prep for school and internships, business startup and entrepreneur advice included. We agree how often we meet and the specific areas and direction the sparring should be centered around, though minimum four times a year.
Mentorships of entrepreneurs with focus on a startup or ongoing small business development. I provide feedback to strengthen your vision and concept by qualifying the direction and use of design methods. Concrete advice on concept, naming, identity design, direction and possibilities. We agree how often we meet and the specific areas and direction the sparring should be centered around.
